Your files are never uploaded
This is the most important point, so it comes first. Images, PDFs, videos and audio you add to any tool on this site are processed entirely within your own browser. They are not transmitted to this site, stored on any server, retained, logged, inspected or shared.
This is guaranteed by how the site is built rather than by policy alone: it is a set of static files with no backend and no upload endpoint, so there is no server component capable of receiving an image. Once the page has loaded, the tools continue to work with no internet connection at all — which you can verify by disconnecting and converting a file.
The image tools store nothing on your device: files, settings and results exist only in the page's memory and are discarded when you close or reload the tab.
The PDF editor keeps a working copy of the document you have open, and any signatures you choose to save, in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB and local storage) on your device, so that reloading the page does not lose your edits. This copy never leaves your device and is not readable by this site. Choosing Close document deletes it, removing a saved signature deletes that signature, and clearing this site's data in your browser deletes everything.
The PPT editor keeps your current presentation and the pictures in it in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on your device, so that reloading the page does not lose your slides. It also remembers your recently used colours in local storage, and, if you turn a chart picture into an editable chart, it keeps the text-recognition data it downloads from this site in your browser's storage so it does not need to be downloaded again. Chart pictures are read on your device and are never sent anywhere. None of this leaves your device or is readable by this site. Starting a new presentation replaces the stored copy, and clearing this site's data in your browser deletes everything. Presentations you download, such as PowerPoint, PDF or image files, are created on your device.
The video editor keeps your current project and the media files you import in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on your device, so that reloading the page does not lose your timeline. It also remembers two display preferences (preview quality and timeline height) in local storage. None of this leaves your device or is readable by this site. Removing a file from the editor's media bin deletes its stored copy, starting a new project without keeping media deletes them all, and clearing this site's data in your browser deletes everything. Exported videos are created on your device and saved straight to your downloads.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and understand which tools are used. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors, collect personal data, or track you across other websites. It records aggregate information such as page URL, referrer, general country, and browser and device type.
Google Analytics is not used, and no analytics cookies are set by this site.
Advertising and third-party cookies
The site is funded by advertising and uses Google AdSense to display it. This is the one area where third parties are involved, so it is worth stating plainly.
Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may also use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. These cookies are set by those vendors, not by this site, and this site has no access to the data they collect.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. To opt out of personalised advertising by other vendors, see aboutads.info/choices. Visitors in regions requiring consent for advertising cookies are shown a consent prompt through Google's certified consent management platform, and your choice there governs whether personalised ads are served.
What is not collected
- No account, sign-up, name, email address or phone number is required or requested to use any tool.
- No images, PDFs, videos, audio, filenames or file contents, since these never leave your browser.
- No first-party cookies are set by this site.
- Nothing is stored in local storage or IndexedDB, except the PDF editor's on-device working copy and saved signatures, the PPT editor's presentation, recent colours and text-recognition data, and the video editor's project, media and display preferences, all described above, which stay in your browser.
- No data is sold, and none is shared with anyone other than the advertising and analytics providers named above.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request information — such as IP address and user agent — as necessary to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Since no personal information is collected from any visitor, there is nothing held that would need to be deleted.
Your rights
Because no personal data is collected or held by this site, there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase in relation to it. Requests concerning data held by Google or Cloudflare should be directed to those companies, whose policies govern it.

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Material changes to what is collected will be reflected here before they take effect.
