The fastest way to reach MediaCon Lab is by email at [email protected]. It is read by one person, so a reply may take a few days, but every message is read.
Reporting a file that will not convert
This is the most useful kind of report, and a few details make it much easier to act on:
- The file extension and, if you know it, where the file came from — a phone camera, a website download, a scanner, a messaging app.
- Which browser and device you were using, including the version if you can find it.
- The exact error text shown beneath the file in the queue.
- Whether other images worked in the same session.
Please do not attach the image
It would defeat the point of the site. The tools exist so your photographs never leave your device, and asking you to email one to a support address would undo that in the course of fixing it.
A description of the file is almost always enough to reproduce the problem. If it genuinely is not, a reply will ask whether you can share a file that is not personal to you.
Requesting a tool or a size
If you regularly meet an upload limit that has no page here — a particular portal, an unusual size, a format that keeps being rejected — that is worth sending. Requests naming a specific form and its exact requirements are the ones most likely to be built, because they can be tested against a real case.
Advertising and commercial enquiries
Advertising on the site is handled through Google AdSense rather than sold directly, so there is no inventory to buy. Guest posts, link exchanges and paid placements are all declined without exception.
